Software Implementation & Process Automation Specialist

AdAuto — Toronto, ON (Remote)

2024 – Jul 2026

Built an AI document-extraction pipeline (Anthropic Claude vision API) converting PDF invoices and bills of sale into Ministry of Transportation Ontario compliance format: per-vehicle entry cut from 10–15 minutes to 2–3, monthly reporting from 6–8 hours to ~1.5 hours, at $2–5/month in AI cost.
Translated sales and ops requirements into automated systems.
Built a self-service invoice platform for 10+ contractors (React, n8n, PostgreSQL, Microsoft Graph / Excel Online), cutting the owner's admin time per pay cycle from 3–4 hours to ~15 minutes (~85%); requirements to production in 4 days.
Built an Asana-integrated vehicle-intake platform cutting registration 15 → 3 min.
Contract completed; all systems handed over to operations.
